About the Role........ - Managing and undertaking Mechanical Engineering solutions from concept to completion. - Utilise your extensive knowledge of Mechanical Engineering to provide innovative solutions and building design. - Maintain all mechanical Engineering Design quality by supervising and managing the mechanical design and drawing production. - Maintain high technical standards consistent with project brief.Communicating and liaising closely with Clients. - Managing Project Team to ensure a timely delivery of the project within budget. - Support Senior Management with business and technical development and provide guidance and mentoring to Junior Engineers. |
RequirementsRequirementsOur Ideal Candidate for this Role........ - Degree qualified (professional qualification) and with a minimum of 10 years Mechanical Design Engineering experience - Extensive experience in the Mechanical Design field across a range of projects - Demonstrable ability to provide mechanical design engineering solutions for major multi disciplinary projects. - Experience of leading teams on multi disciplinary projects and the ability to prioritise works. - Able to develop and maintain successful client relationships Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. - Excellent people management skills, demonstrable and successful team leader/worker with an in depth knowledge of Mechanical Engineering procedures and standards.
