Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Direct Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Relationship Managers in order to strengthen our marketing presence towards.
Clients and prospects
- When the Relationship Manager is away, to answer clients requests, to manage and settle
problems in his jurisdiction, while keeping the RM posted.
- If necessary, to deliver clients request to the concerned department and ensure proper
execution.
- To participate to the drafting of presentation, commercial offers and term-sheets.
- To assist relationship managers in the structuring of transactions.
- Searching information, writing memos on prospects and organizing meeting with them.
- Supporting RM in preparing Client Action Plans and contributing to the follow up.
- To maintain, update and consolidate reports and databases, such as:
* Clients and prospects lists;
* Deals closed and in the pipe;
* Client data (revenues, volumes, products, etc)
- Preparing client visits and helping the Relationship Manager to identify business opportunities.
- To prepare and, if required, attend clients visits with RM.
- To ensure that all relevant information on clients, visits, opportunities are reported.
- To analyse clients contribution to the banks revenues.
- To detect any commercial or cross-selling opportunities and discuss the same with the RM.
- To gather all required marketing information on the clients and, when required, load these
information in our IT and data systems.
- To closely follow up all commercial opportunities in liaison with RMs and business lines.
- To ensure creation and proper filing of the marketing files.
- Contributing to the good quality of client servicing while preserving Banks profitability
- To check regularly that clients pricing conditions are correctly loaded in our systems and
applied to customers, and propose changes to the RM when required.
- To check that revenues and notably cross-selling revenues are correctly booked in our
systems. To liaise with Finance & Control when required.
- To handle all queries related to client transactions and to coordinate with the various
departments to solve these queries.
- To co-ordinate with Operations to ensure prompt service to the clients.

Requirements

Regards to Risk excesses and exceptions
- To fill in Excess / Reallocation memo / Exceptions for approval and following up with RM /
Division Head / DGM / HOT / GRM-CRI, the approval in due time.
- To contribute to the annual credit review by interacting with the clients for some general.
inquiries and documentary requirements in close coordination with RMs and CMS Analysts
who remain responsible for the preparation of Credit Proposals.
- To liaise with the customers in order to obtain all required financial statements in due
course. to develop and maintain contract financing follow-up with regards to work progress,
cash-flow, and receivable updates etc, through regular collection of information and
documents from clients.
- To contribute to the preparation of internal memos (green-light requests, REAC etc).
- Helping the Relationship Manager to obtain in due course all the required legal documentation from clients.
- To assist the RM by liaising with the customers in order to obtain all legal and administrative documentation.
- To provide support to RMs for KYC reviews, in close interaction with the Customer Service
Desk.
- To liaise with Operations regarding proxy documents.
- To manage the account opening/closing and facility documentation processes, in
coordination with Relationship Managers, CSD and CRC, clients, legal advisors (as required)
with regards to:
- Client on-boarding
- KYC updating
* preparation of facility letters, loan agreements and securities documentation.
* completing conditions precedents.
