Job description / Role
My Client is a leading FMCG company, which manufactures and markets a well integrated range of mass-market consumer products.
The company has now grown from a local company to an international company, which invest in building winning brands that continuously seek to create value for the consumer.
They are looking for a Associate Manager Sales, responsible for the developing the annual and monthly sales plan, Product, Volume and Value wise in consonance with the annual business plan.
Requirements
The ideal candidates must have:
- 6+ years of relevant functional experience in the reputed Companies, in the Consumer Food Industry.
- Technical or functional qualification with a Management Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Sales & Distribution/ Marketing from reputed Business School.
- Track record of strong people leadership and distributor management
- Should be proficient in English and Portuguese.
