The Role


Swisslinx is seeking an experienced Associate Operations professional to join an existing team in the Back Office department for one of the leading global commercial banks in the world in their Dubai office.

Being an integral member of the Operations team and reporting to the Team Leader, you're responsible that the back office processing of Treasury back office as well as Deposit, Export and Import, Loan and Credit Middle functions are effective, accurate and coordinated with the Head Office in Europe.

Making sure that all the processes being made in line with the Bank’s international policies.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience within an international Bank’s operation department, ideally in the UAE.
• Experience of key back office operations such as deposit, treasury etc
• Experience in Trade Finance operations (Guarantees, Loans, Letters of Credit)
• Experience using SWIFT messaging
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent IT skills (Excel and Word).

In addition the right candidate will be able to work to deadlines and shows excellent attention to detail and be a good team player.
