The RoleThe RoleAssociate PQS / Partner Jeddah, Saudi Arabia With over 2500 staff in more than 100 offices across Asia, Oceania, Europe, Middle East and the Americas this International Consultancy is committed to the quality of their core services (cost consultancy, project management and advisory services). Job Specification: Works will relate to Infrastructure, Residential, Education and Commercial projects. Roles are full time in Jeddah, KSA, with high level scope of works as follows:- - Buildings cost plans for concept design, schematic design and detailed - Evaluation of tenders in a rapid manner from a commercial perspective; capability for prompt single sheet PowerPoint summary slides creation with recommendation. - Infrastructure and Utilities related (as an explanation we sell serviced land). Periodically the scope of work that can be allocated to the costs for serviced land changes due to various reasons. - Capital cost estimating and life cycle costing as support to our Developments Department. |

Requirements: - Must be RICS or MCIOB - Minimum 10 years experience as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor Salary/Benefits: UK package - tax free £45,000 to £55,000 GBP Accommodation - £12,000 or company villa (1 to 2 other people in Villa all beds en suite) Flight allowance: £2,500 per year but paid 1 salary monthly. Overseas Allowance - £10,000 Annual Bonus Monthly company funded trip (flight and one night hotel) trip to UAE.
