We offer a 3 month program, which gives successful applicants the chance to work for a global employer of choice, learn what it takes to succeed in the recruitment industry and provides a platform to display your capabilities. You will be supporting a team with sourcing, selecting and accessing candidates, interviewing and market research. You will be given full support and training and will have the chance to work in a competitive and team focused environment.
The graduate internship is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates to get a taste of the recruitment industry. Along with gaining valuable experience and insight into the professional services sector, upon successful completion selected candidates will be offered a permanent position as an Associate Consultant with clear visibility of further promotion within our business.
The role of an Associate Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page has a full 360 degree focus: no one over controls you or prevents you from using your commercial acumen and desire to succeed. In this role, you will work with both employers and job seekers to find a successful match.
