Position: Associate Trainer

Hours: As and when required by the business

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reports to: Learning and Development Manager

The Role

The role of the Associate Trainer is to deliver training and manage groups of students on CIPD qualifications that the Bradfield Group delivers as well as occasionally delivering non CIPD training programmes. Associate Trainers are required to tutor students through their assignments and assessments ensuring that the standards of the CIPD are met.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom training sessions.
• To manage students appropriately and progress them through the course to complete all assignments on time.
• To conduct e-tutoring as necessary in a timely manner.
• To liaise with the Bradfield Group’s Learning & Development (L&D) team with regards to materials and student issues.
• To liaise with co-tutors on the course.
• To ensure assessment days are conducted allowing equality of access and non discriminatory practices
• To handle customer service issues appropriately and where needed to pass them to the correct person.
• To meet timescales for marking student assignments and provide constructive feedback to students ensuring the principles of equality and non discriminatory practices are met.
• To provide feedback on the courses that you have delivered and where appropriate offer improvements.
• Attend trainers’ meetings at UK Head Office or the Dubai office as appropriate.
• Represent Bradfield Group at all times

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in HR Management or Development.
• Charted CIPD membership.

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Good understanding of HR theories and how they are used in practice.
• Experience as a Human Resource or L&D professional.
• Extensive experience delivering learning interventions.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular PowerPoint.
• Excellent administrative skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good cultural awareness.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and an understanding of confidentiality and how to conduct oneself in a professional manner.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Other Requirements

• Valid passport with no restrictions on travel

Fees

• £500 - £600 per delivery day
