As the Lawyer you will be responsible for following up on the company subsidiaries and Affiliates Lawsuits to protect the company’s interests, assist in providing legal awareness to managers and staff, and ensuring all legal obligations of the company are met.

• Must currently reside in the UAE, Qatar or KSA.
• Must have long-term experience of working for an international law firm, in one of the following areas; Finance/Banking, Corporate/Commercial, Project Contracts, M&A
• Masters Degree In Law
• Excellent Communications skills
• Western Educated
