Associate/Lawyer - Corporate/Capital Markets (Leading International Law Firm), Abu Dhabi

Our client is a leading international law firm who are looking for a Corporate Capital Markets Associate to join their corporate practice in Abu Dhabi.

The role will sit within the Corporate practice and will focus predominantly on equity capital markets work, including extensive high profile IPO work. This is a very reputable and busy practice area for the office and the role has been created due to continued demand and growth in the market in this area. The practice have a selection of leading lawyers in this field and over the last few years, have won many awards in the region for their work. This role will be situated in one of their new flagship middle eastern offices, in a prime location in the city of Abu Dhabi.

The office has a range of both western jurisdiction qualified lawyers as well as qualified arabic local law specialists. You will be working with a well known Partner who is one of the go-to lawyers for this area of work in the UAE.

Requirements

- 4 - 7 years PQE
- Trained and qualified within the Corporate practice area
- Must have Capital Markets/IPO experience (This can be part of a bigger role, but experience is essential)
- Ideal candidate will be currently working for a reputable law firm
- Regional experience (UAE) is highly desirable but not essential
- Fluency in the English & Arabic Language is essential.
