Job description / Role
To provide necessary technical support to Moisson products customers (local/ international) for trouble shooting, adjusting and streamlining the baking process and recipe balancing. Train customers on practical baking procedures and resolve technical issues for a good quality final product, conduct product demonstrations whenever required.
To ensure that all the finished products under Moisson brand meet the customer expectations and required specifications.
Conduct Product demonstration at customers site, carry out trouble shooting to assess root cause & convince the customers with the satisfactory results by adjusting, correcting process as required at the customers site. Train the customer on product usage, product handling, storage and baking as per the products requirements.
Assist the PD & QE Manager in R&D activities for development of new products, improvement of existing products in sensory quality of products, identification of new competitor products in the market and sharing the information with NPD team.
Test Bake the Moisson production samples whenever required,Test Bake the competitor's products for quality comparison and benchmark for improvement in our product quality.
Work closely with BD to satisfy local and overseas customers, follow-up with customers on technical aspects, Visit market to identify competitors and collect information regarding competitor products and share with the PD & QE Manager and BD team.
Daily report writing of Test baking/Technical Services visits, customers needs and expectations, etc.
Requirements
Must be a Food Science graduate with at least of 5 years of post qualification experience.
Excellent Communication skills. Experience with 5 yrs or more in baking industry in all variety of bakery products.
