Job description / Role
Reports To: Relationship Manager
Support staff for the Relationship Manager. Provides Credit Analysis and Customer Services Support.
- Apply up-to-date knowledge of procedures and practices relevant to own area of work in order to ensure accurate work completion and compliance
- Ensure that all processing services are validated / approved and executed in order to deliver service to customers (internal/external) as per stipulated standards.
- Implement compliance and control procedures in order to ensure that all tasks are performed as per procedural requirements.
- Act as a custodian of confidential/legal documents, records and other materials so as to safeguard against misuse or possible losses.
- Prepare / compile / analyze appropriate information required for reports/returns and ensure their accuracy and timeliness prior to submission to Management for further action
Requirements
- Must have demonstrated success in a sales background within a financial services company
- An ability to manage a portfolio, maximize revenues in a regulated environment and source new business through their own initiative
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, financial markets and economic environments
