Employment: Full Time

The PMO works with stakeholders to enable and enhance the selection, delivery and integration of SC’s critical projects, improving the likelihood of successful delivery. The PMO supports the early identification and mitigation of risk, developing and supporting the implementation of solutions to cross-cutting issues and improving the PPM capability across SC’s project environment.

The job holder provides administrative and project co-ordination support to the Peer Review team, as well as advice and guidance to the projects team undertaking the review process.

DETAILED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintaining and updating the review database
Documenting and following up on meeting actions
Developing documentation, processes and templates for the reviews
Maintaining and managing information and document flows during the reviews
Co-coordinating Peer and SME involvement
Preparing presentations, briefings for project teams
Develop the Assurance correspondence and documentation for reviews
Support the development and expansion of the PMO’s capability in line with the strategic goals
Liaise with the Peer and SME Group resource pools
Ensure safe and efficient delivery of service by achieving high standards of health and safety and reducing risk

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering degree (Masters degree preferred)

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years working in region in an infrastructure projects/programme environment, preferably in a PMO or project assurance role
High developed computer skills particular PPM software- MS Project, P6 etc.
Well-developed analytical skills with good attention to deal
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
