The Role

External Audit Partner – Big 4 Firm

Individual with 10 – 12 years post qualifications experience with the last 2-3 years as Partner who can lead the Audit Practice with the Audit Partners, maintain a revenue target, develop staff, be actively involved in practice development activities and attract and attract and manage a client portfolio.

Requirements

Professional Qualifications required;
* Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting related degree – MBA or MA Viewed Favourably.
* Qualified CA/ACA/ACCA, CPA
* Strong IFRS working knowledge

Professional Experience Required;
*Business Development ; Build and maintain influential relationships with clients key influencers/decision makers
*Client Management – Attract, Manage and Maintain Client relationships.
*Provide support for the growth of the Audit Practice
*Participate in Training Seminars
*Provide coaching and counselling to the staff and ability to manage people/teams etc

Personal Qualities required;
*Bi-Lingual - Arabic & English speaking.
*Outgoing candidate with ability to be client facing representing the firm to the best of their abilities.

Package will be negotiable.
