Job Description Sales Manager Substation Automation.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: Upon application

An exciting role for a Sales Automation Manager for a Global provider of Power Automation systems is required, be part of organization looking to grow their Dubai office, increasing on market share and entering new markets.

Role:
He has to manage, promote and expand the companies Automation business in ME.
To nurture existing client relationship and win new orders.
Study and Understand the need of the customers in region, and work closely with plant and customers for acceptance / approvals.
Develop and Manage new customers.
Lead and manage high quality technical support and discussions with clients.
Create the visibility of the Companies Automation brand in the market and enhance it.
Built a productive network of contacts.
Participate in the local tenders and enquiries related to Automation.
Understand the customer specifications and needs and prepare techno-commercial proposals in co-ordination with manufacturing units.
Participate in the techno-commercial discussions and win the orders.
Prepare and submit all necessary documents required by the customer in co-ordination with manufacturing unit.
To achieve the budget approved by management.

Requirements

Qualification:
Should be Electronics or Mechatronics or Electrical Engineer.
Minimum 10 years experience
Should be from the Automation background, preferable from the Substation Automation.
He should have worked for at least 5 years in the Substation Automation field.
He should have knowledge of the substation automation products and knowledge of the market in ME/Gulf.

Personal Competencies and Attributes:
Presentable, good communicator.
Demonstrable ability to lead a team.
Professional control of high pressure situation as required.
Encourages teamwork ethos within the business.
Should have ability to think strategically and form long term business plan.
Should have ability to think conceptually, thematic and evolve a master business plan to establish Automation business in ME.
