The RoleThe RoleOur client is one of the most successful franchises in the Middle East and has a solid partnership with the Toyota Motor Corporation as the exclusive distributor in Qatar since 1964. The driving force behind the soaring success of the Company is its loyal and dedicated manpower, its most important asset, employing professionals of various nationalities, talents and skills, united together in a singular purpose and a shared goal, resulting in a market share of more than 40% in the automobile field. An opportunity has arisen for an after sales specialist to oversee the productivity and efficiency of the Service (Main Workshop, Body & Paints Section, Quick Service Branches and PDI) and Parts (Spare Parts Department and Spare Parts Branches) Divisions. Other responsibilities for this role will also include - * Developing, Managing and monitoring the After Sales plan and strategies to increase productivity and efficiency. * Preparing and implementing the annual business plans and related budget. * Demonstrating continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes to provide quality seamless customer service. * Developing and monitoring the annual training plan of service and parts staff. * Assigning work to subordinates, monitoring work procedures and inspecting work in progress and upon completion. * Receiving and handling customer’s complaints and making appropriate decisions in accordance with company rules and regulations. * Ensuring continuous technical collaboration with TMC ( Toyota Motor Corporation – Japan). |
RequirementsRequirementsIn order to be successful, you should be a University graduate with a Degree in Auto-Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent qualification. It is also essential that you have a minimum of 10 years experience in the field of managing automotive service workshops and parts. You should also be computer literate and have experience in any ERP with an excellent command of written and spoken English. A knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage. |
