Aviation Finance Associate - Dubai - Leading International Law Firm
A top global law firm is seeking an Aviation Finance Associate for their offices in Dubai. This exciting opportunity will allow the candidate to take advantage of the highly complex and interesting work that the firm undertakes. The role entails; working on the lender/borrower side of asset finance deals, drafting Sale and Purchase agreements and working on operator and aircraft deals and operating leasing, among others.
The successful applicant will be part of a multi-cultural and dynamic team and constantly interact between departments therefore, must possess good communication skills and most importantly be a strong leader.
Requirements
- Be qualified in the United Kingdom or Australia
- Have experience working in Aviation law
- Also have experience working on leasing, financing, regulatory matters, buying/selling and general insurance matters
- Be at 3-4 years PQE
- Have prior experience with a top tier international law firm
- Be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
Skills that are not mandatory however are beneficial:
- Dubai/Arabian Gulf experience
- Currently residing in the United Arab Emirates or Middle East Region
