The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall accountability and responsibility for delivering IT processing platform (B24) consultancy and guidance to the client
• Engage with global solution centres and architecture SMEs to learn about best practice for strategic and tactical implementation
• Identify immediate risks and system inefficiencies
• Prepare and publish process and procedures document for the existing implementation 'Processing Platform Manual'
• Processing platform MI
• Prepare and publish IT processing platform roadmap for next 5 years
• Investigate opportunities for cross-border processing, including future outsourcing of the service

Measured results:
• Client sign off Processing Platform Manual
• Improved reporting of IT processing platform performance
• Improved efficiency and less downtime of IT processing platform
• Clear and achievable processing platform roadmap

Qualifications

Required
• Base24
• English language for business use

Skills Required
• Strong assessment and analytical skills
• Excellent relationship and engagement skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of working and operating in different cultures and working styles

Languages
• English and Arabic (preferred)

Experience Required
• Minimum 4 years experience working within financial services or payments industry
• Understanding of payments processing trends
• Multilingual, multi-country projects, and business travel

Other Requirements
• Ability to live in Kuwait and travel frequently
