Employment: Full Time

This position is for a Business Development Operations and Office Administration position in Boeing Saudi Arabia.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Balance organizational priorities to meet and drive business unit Long Range Business Plan (LRBP) objectives
- Support internal and external networks and relationship development to support, develop, and execute marketing and sales strategies and projects that meet current and future customer needs
- Develop and lead processes and operations in support of winning proposals and campaigns
- Research and analyze competitor activity and their impact to market strategies; manage projects including but not limited to: procurement and management of marketing and sales resources, securing management commitment to ensure successful execution and creation of metrics to monitor campaign and opportunity status, lead operations by developing themes and discriminators and ensuring correct members and resources are included in the team, and support negotiations and finalize commitments that ensure mutual benefit to the customer and Boeing
- The position will also assist in preparing presentations and written correspondence with customers, assist in planning and executing business development and senior executive customer visits, provide administrative support to the business development team to include business travel arrangements, expense reporting, set up WebEx and telecoms, manage internal meeting calendars, maintain office supplies and other duties as assigned by management
- Ratio of Operations/Office Administration will be approximately 60%/40%.

Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree is required and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 1 or more years or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
