Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading boutique consultancy. Our client is looking to hire a BIM Consultant to be based in Dubai.
You will be responsible for defining implementation framework and developing a strategy of how best to implement BIM for infrastructure and construction projects. You will prepare projects for implementation, set them up and hand them over to the Project Manager and implementation team. You will also work with clients on a variety of projects to determine the breadth and depth of BIM needs by identifying requirements and you will be responsible for creating solutions and designs within the process.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or Transportation and have at least 5 years experience in a fast paced high-performing delivery environment, focusing on BIM implementation. You should have a broad and detailed view on BIM technology. Candidates who have strong strategic and leadership qualities will also be considered. You will be exposed and involved with a variety of excellent projects and will be involved with a company that promotes organic growth rigorously and has a global reputation that is hard to better.
