Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently Recruiting for our Client who are an international Construction & Civil Engineering Consultancy.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who has a strong design background across the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing disciplines, including Fire Services. You will be experienced in using the software, setting up the systems and processes and leading a multidisciplinary team, on projects to deliver projects using BIM workflows.

As a member of our MEP team, you will be passionate about improving the built environments of global communities on a sustainable, social and economic scale.

- Leadership, time management and communications skills - written and oral, essential
- Middle East experience is desirable
- A proven track record in coordination and management of Information Models for large multidisciplinary buildings and/or infrastructure projects
- Sound understanding of professional consulting services with client focus and driven to achieve timeframes and budgets
- Experienced in using BIM tools for clash detection and reporting, scheduling, IFC transfers, CAD, renderings and presentations
- Competencies in coordinate BIM models with external clients using BIM platforms other than REVIT
- Knowledge of construction methods and experience in resolving technical issues throughout all stages of design and construction
- Experience in 4D and 5D will be an advantage
- Proven ability to generate deliverables from models skills.

Requirements

To be successful, you must be qualified with a certification in AutoDesk software platforms particularly in REVIT, AutoCAD MEP, CAD MEP and Navisworks. Experience with PLANT 3D,

Bently BIM products and design tools, Ecotect, RHINO and Grasshopper will be advantageous.
