Role:
Interested individuals will need relevant proficiency in the proposed BIM authoring and coordination software. Candidates serve as the main point of contact for Design Teams on BIM related issues. Applicant should be able to mentor teams on the best practices of moving through the lifecycle of a project as they advise Project Architects and Design Managers. A keen passion for architecture and current BIM technology is a must.

Responsibilities:
* Ensures development and compliance with the approved BIM Execution and BIM Scope Plans
* Hands-on involvement of BIM on projects
* Coordinates the set-up of shared file server with IT staff. This shall include interfacing with IT staff to set up web portal, permissions, etc.
* Coordinates BIM file exchange and archiving of milestone submittals
* Assures proper BIM derived 2D information for paper printing as required and conforms to the Project/Client CAD standards

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 5-10 years relevant experience
* Expert knowledge of and proven practical background in Autodesk Revit Architecture and related BIM software
* Familiarity with design applications such as Navisworks, Revit etc
