Job description / Role
Major Airport Project - UAE
Role: Reporting to the Variations Manager you will be responsible for:
Administering the re measurement of works through BIM and co-ordinating with the Employer and Engineer Commercial teams.
Responsible for all measurement requirements for Variations, Provisional Sums and Value Engineering on a multi disciplinary major project.
Liaison with the Employer and Engineers BIM and commercial teams to agree measurement and audit protocols.
Attend meetings with the Employer and Engineer either stand alone or with the Variations Manager.
Requirements
Experience:
Short Notice or Immediately available candidates preferred.
Major building projects experience and ideally on Airport schemes.
You will ideally come from a Professional Office background and have experience in measurement and cost planning on major building projects.
Competent in CAD and with BIM experience is essential.
Team player.
Excellent English speak, write, read.
Able to integrate with various nationalities
