BMS Integration Manager ( major projects)

My client, a leading western main contractor currently operating in Qatar are actively searching for a BMS Integration Manager or a Services Integration Manager.

They are currently involved in a major schemes which incorporate a total of 17 buildings.

There looking for someone who can specifically integrate the installation & commissioning of BMS services, fire detection, CCTV within the 17 buildings.

Its a critical position and only candidates who have worked on similar projects will be considered.

The BMS Project Manager/ Services integration managers role is to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects are usually separate to usual day-today business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. Project manager will oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.

Requirements

Typical responsibilities include:
- Agreeing project objectives
- Representing the client's or organizations interests
- Providing advice on the management of projects
- Organizing the various professional people working on a project
- Carrying out risk assessment
- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
- Making sure the quality standards are met
- Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
- Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
- Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
- Providing reports /cost forecasting utilizing the company reporting systems
- Reviewing risk and mitigation strategies
- Assisting in new project reviews/support
