Job description / Role

JOB PURPOSE

To constantly monitor the system and alert site personnel of any alarm condition. To ensure optimum use of energy and reduce wherever possible without reduction of system design or service.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Field checks of LV control systems.
• Operate equipments.
• Rectify faults / repair equipment
• Assist other technicians whenever required.
• Compile reports.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge and working of all LV control systems BMS, FIRE, Access, CCTV, UPS Emergency Lighting and others.
• Systematic and logical approach, able to guide other technicians during shutdown / startup of equipments.
• Computer literate.
• Maintain Records.
• Good mechanical understanding of HVAC systems.
• Can demonstrate at least 2 years in a similar position.
