The RoleThe RoleAbout the Role: * Achieving annual sales & margin target* Cross selling trend systems & services * Actively participating in the management of key Accounts and identify potential new Key Account Customers * Creating and maintaining account plans for each key account * Managing and updating sales funnel * Creating an understanding through out the business of the concepts of Key Account Management* Supporting the key account sales leader, and assisting in the creation of a key account strategy * Creating and maintaining succession planning for key accounts * Actively participating and engaging in the district & national sales teams * Conducting business in an ethical manner as laid out in the company's ethical policy * Complying with all company procedures and policies |
RequirementsRequirements* Must have a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. * Must have 8 years experience in Selling BMS Products. * Must have 3 years experience in UAE or GCC. * Must have minimum of 2 years in field sales experience building automation projects preferred. * Must have experience in Energy Efficiency technologies for buildings, preferably HVAC & lighting. * Must have technical/design based experience related to building facilities. |
