BSCS Solution Architect

Job description / Role

NSI is urgently seeking for experienced BSCS Solution Architect who are keen to move and work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This position is required for a Multinational Solution Delivery Consultancy for their project with one of the operators in the country with initial 11 months extendable contract.

The role will design and develop convergence solutions on the integration layer between BSCS and CRM, Charging System and external application and to revamp current architecture and provide support for issues related to Customer Care and billing.

Furthermore, the job description includes but not limited to:
- Prepared solution paper and developed JAVA module as a generic adapter with CORBA SOI connection pooling to BSCS Customer Care modules (CMS, CIL, Fed Factory, and Bill Server).
- Performance analysis on the current BSCS architecture in the multi-tier production environment and proposed enhancement methods.
- Recognized by management for providing quick resolution during production and UAT testing support.
- Excellent ability to deliver findings on outstanding and unresolved complex issues related to caching, configuration, CORBA connection, and framework errors.
- Conducted impact analysis and revamp for convergence Rate Plan migration processes in which have resulted in an enhanced performance and maintainability.
- Successfully conducted BSCS Customer Care presentation for technical and management teams.
- As the solution architect to design and develop new CORBA SOI server (using JAVA Spring and Hibernate) with the ability to further add business actions without external parties, reducing companys long term spending substantially.
- Proposed and implemented new approach for future actions handling which led to healthier provisioning process.
- Developing new CORBA SOI APIs.
- Significantly reduced clients installation time through introduction of a proper shipment installation and integration process.
