The Role


The Role

The Bakery Commis role is to guarantee the quality and process of the bread.

Guarantees the quality and process of manufacturing of the products in conformity with the Products bible, the quality freshness and cleanliness process along with the direction of the Regional Bakery Chef. Contributes to stocking his/her bakery with foodstuffs, receiving delivered goods and stocking in proper conditions. Guides and motivates his/her team members. Participates in the closing and opening of the bakery and guarantees the respect of the norms and internal standards. Participates in the preparation of deliveries to the external clients in his/her unit and ensures prompt delivery during his/her work shift. Contributes to the permanent maintenance of the materials and installations (trough, slicer, common areas) and guarantees the degreasing, cleaning and storing of his/her materials and the bakery during his/her shift. Maintains the image, concept and products of the company by adopting the standards of the brand. Maintains and develops the turnover of his/her unit by the quality of products baked. Participates in the security of the products within his/her unit.

Requirements

* High school degree. * 1-2 years of experience in F&B operations. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluent in English. .* Leading and supervising * Working with people * Adhering to principles and values * Delivering results and meeting customers expectations * Following instructions and procedures * Adapting and responding to change * Coping with pressure and setbacks
