Aspirational bakery manufacturer is hiring an excellent bakery development chef to handle rapid expansion requirements within the economic free zone of Kuwait, Middle East. You must be passionate about bakery and pastry development and manufacturing. Must have experience within food manufacturing/ processing facilities. Have exceptional technical understanding of bakery and pastry products. Be energetic, creative and understand current bakery trends.

Our client is well respected within the market for creating and manufacturing excellent bakery and pastry products for both retail outlets and the wholesale and catering routes to market. They are aspiring to enter into the Modern Trade channel and are in negotiations to manufacturer several major retail outlets ISB (in store bakeries) as well as creating their own branded bakery products. It is an exciting time to be apart of the business and this role will play a significant role in the positive evolution of the company.

Within this role you will be in charge and accountable for the overall pastry production lines and product development according to market and brand needs. This role is a mixture of both innovation and range renovation development. You will need to be a strong influencer to key stake holders within the various functions and also have the ability to challenge traditional methods through a relationship building and collaborative methodology.
