Job description / Role
Handling production and quality for ADNOC Distribution bakeries and fresh foods in accordance with approved standards and company guidelines.
Requirements
10 Years general experience in bakeries
At least 5 years experience in a similar job
Knowledge of Bakery/Coffee/Fresh Foods procedures and policies
Capable of teaching others in a constructive and positive manner
Product Quality process experience
Experienced in preparing and baking large quantities of bakery products such as bread, pastries and cakes
Ability to operate bakery equipment
Strong attention to detail
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships at all levels with good presentation skills
Must able to work flexible hours
