Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Support implementation of Strategy Management & the Balanced Scorecard throughout Ashghal.
• Establish key relationships with business lines, and develop their strategy management processes.
• Assist Departments with development of strategy maps, objectives, KPIs, targets and initiatives.
• Analyze effectiveness of the BSC process & provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support optimization of Strategy Management & Balanced Scorecard process.
• Support awareness training of BSC (through communication, trainings, briefings etc).
• Support awareness training of Ashghal Strategy (through communication, trainings, briefings etc).
• Implement & optimize risk management processes integrated with strategy management throughout the organization.
• Establish and manage comprehensive KPIs that provide effective view of performance throughout.
• Monitor the KPIs to ensure their relevance and usefulness
• Support the performance reporting
• Support preparation and facilitation of the regular BSC performance reviews
• Provide insight for quarterly BSC performance reviews, support the review process itself and the review follow-up actions.
• Conduct research on industry measurement standards, benchmarking and Best Practices.
• Support the Initiative management and prioritization processes.
• Support the execution and project/programme management of the full strategy initiative portfolio
• Support the development, administration and use of Strategy Management Information Systems.
• Support the integration of process and quality methods with BSC

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have knowledge and experience in the following areas:
• At least 15 years overall work experience (experience in Government and GCC is a plus)
• Experience in Construction industry with focus on Public Works or Utility services is desirable
• Minimum 5 year experience in corporate strategy and scorecard driven environments
• 3 year experience with Balanced Scorecard (Knowledge and implementation of Balanced Scorecard principles required)
• Experience with variety of other strategy management approaches and methodologies advantageous
• Experience with Risk Management methodologies such as ISO 31000 advantageous
• Experience with quality/continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma advantageous
• Business process improvement experience (business process identification, documentation, process mapping, gap analysis, process design / redesign, process improvement, and change management) advantageous
• Bachelor’s Level Degree, and MBA or equivalent
• Arabic language fluency is desirable
• Proficiency with Data Analysis and BI software
• Exposure to Balanced Scorecard softwares required
