The RoleThe RoleMy client a large International Insurance company is currently seeking an experienced Bancassurance and Product Development Manager to join their elite team in the UAE. Reporting to the Head of Regional Retail Product Offerings, the successful candidate will be required to technically manage the banc-assurance business in terms of products, segmentation, underwriting, pricing and marketing. Responsibilities: Propose the required products, reporting and product estimates. Segment the bank portfolio in line with the retail offering guidelines. Perform research and analysis to develop new competitive retail products. Enhance existing products to target prospective market share in Gulf countries. |
RequirementsRequirements University degree in insurance, ideally with a professional Insurance certification such as CII, ACII, FCII or equivalent. Minimum 4-7 years of experience in a similar role in the insurance industry in the GCC. Excellent market knowledge and good leadership skills. Fluency in English as well as Arabic is a must.
