Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Project Managers:

To manage all aspects of assigned projects for and within Retail Banking Division only via a project team in order to successfully complete them (projects) on time, within budget and at the specified level of quality and content.

Qualification Requirements: At least 10 years of Project Management Experience
and delivery of at least 2 major Banking projects. Relevant College degree required.

Required Project Experience:
-Streamline the operations as required
-Monitor and control implementation as directed
-Coordinate with Department Managers and other Project Managers as required and as directed
-Monitor and control project budgets
-Exercise direct control over the project participants, on loan from various departments, assigning tasks to them on a priority basis, as provided in the approved project structure
-Evaluate and review research, reports, recommendations and other project deliverables, reporting delays and bottlenecks to the Project Sponsor
-Establish ongoing communication among all project participants
-Ensure successful completion and implementation of plans
-Ensure successful completion and implementation of critical interfaces to new and existing systems
-Negotiate tactical agreements with project participants, as required, to implement their assigned tasks
-Review all policy issues and escalate, with recommendations, to the Project Sponsor
-Follow and abide by any and all instructions provided by his/her manager with respect to the delivery of the required services

Our client is seeking to achieve by engaging each resource is the successful implementation of assigned Retail Banking initiatives which will result in greater efficiency, faster time to market, lowering overall operating costs and increasing overall revenue.

Requirements

We are searching for IT Project Managers and Project Coordinators for multiple vacancies in Riyadh in the Banking sector. Applicants should have 10 years of relevant experience and have completed at least 2 major projects.

We will need at least 8x Project Managers and at least 4x Project Coordinators with a background in any one of the following:

• Internet Banking – Both transactional and public
• Collections Management
• Retail Banking products and services
• Remittances
• Basel II
• Fraud Management
• Insurance
• Siebel
• Systematics
