Job description / Role
My client, a large legal firm based in Dubai, is looking for a Banking and Finance Lawyer with 5 years post qualification experience.
The ideal candidate will have specialised in Banking and Finance law but does not require prior knowledge or experience of Islamic Finance.
Responsibilities/Typical Assignments:
• Conventional finance, Islamic Finance and DIFC banking.
• Public listing of shares, Joint venture agreements and shareholder agreements
• Consolidating and refinancing of businesses
• Advising on debt and equity finance
Requirements
Skills and Experience:
• LLB Law Degree of GDL
• LPC qualified or equivalent
• 5 years PQE in the Banking and Finance law
• Experience of Islamic finance is NOT essential
The Benefits:
Monthly salary of 50,000 – 55,000 AED plus bonus, medical insurance and annual flight.
