Job description / Role

As a Brand Ambassador your primary focus is to build and maintain relationships with our clients.

You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your selling experience will make you an important part of our team.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to delivering excellent customer service through; Identifying customer needs, offering advice and demonstrating high product knowledge; building relationships with key customers and ensuring store standards are maintained in order to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

- Become familiar with product information understanding features and benefits of your product
- Commitment to building customer relationships and loyalty through personal interaction and the maintenance of a client file

- Comply with all company policies and procedures

Requirements

- Possesses drive, is goal and target driven
- Demonstrates an energetic and positive attitude in dealing with our customers
- Ability to learn and work in a fast paced environment and can cope up with change in the industry
- Capable of working with a diversed team
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
- Experience in Retail Sales
