Job description / Role
One of the largest leading luxury brand retailer operating within the Middle East, is currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Beauty Manager to lead its beauty products division.
The role of the Beauty Manager will involve:
- Supporting the development of a purchasing plan to ensure the consistency of stock levels within the store
- Participating in the planning for marketing strategies in coordination with the Marketing Department and the Brand Managers
- Ensuring that customers are provided with excellent service
- Managing and assessing the performance of the retail team within the assigned unit
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge and passion for Beauty products.
