Job description / Role
Responsibility
-Responsible for the high standard of treatments performed
-Promote the sales of beauty retail in relation to beauty treatments and promotions
-Accurately and promptly fulfilling guest needs
-Understand and anticipate guest needs through effective communication
-Show a guest service that exceeds expectation and meets the demands of the business
-Ensure the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness are met in the Beauty Salon and Spa
-Promote the sale of beauty products in conjunction with beauty treatments
-Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
Requirements
Professional experience
-Experience within the beauty industry
-Experience in medical SPA and SPA Equipment
-At least 3 years of working in a salon or spa environment
-Beauty Therapy qualifications
-Provide professional body treatments
-Recommend services and products accordingly
-Experience in SPA & wellness/beauty/cosmetic products and services;
-Excellent customer service skills
-Good level of selling skills
