Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a renowned facilities management service provider based in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Bid Writer / Coordinator to work alongside the Business Development Director.
In this key role you will take the lead on Tenders, RFQs and valued RFPs over QAR 1 million from pre-qualifications to tender proposals. You will also compile and write qualitative and quantitative tenders.
You will also be responsible for preparing prequalification and tender proposals through to submission. You will produce PowerPoint presentations, write tenders based on instruction and detailed information from the Operations Department as well as project manage tender applications. Additionally, you will coordinate and write complex contracts collating the input to create a coherent and well-structured final tender. You will also handle all tender submission schedules and maintain the tender document library.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess basic numerical skills and be able to compute and complete the companys costing modules. It is essential you have exceptional technical writing skills and are able to clearly articulate sales and solution concepts transforming them into plain English. Additionally you should be structured, meticulous and be able to communicate at all levels whilst working calmly and efficiently within a fast paced environment.
