Corporate Lawyer - Abu Dhabi - PQE 2-6 +
Experience in the Region. Bilingual Arabic & English
International firm, excellent exposure in the region.

Leap29 are currently working alongside an Internationa law firm seeking a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer for an Associate position their Abu Dhabi office. The firm in question have a multiple practices in the GCC and this appointment is part of their strategic development in the UAE.

Corporate & Commercial Lawyers are expected to have between 2 - 6 PQE + and proven corporate expertise, gained at a firm with a recognized practice in this area. Applicants are expected to have experience working with international clients ideally candidates will have already worked at a leading law firm based in the area.

The role will deal with a variety of corporate and financial matters, and will involve working on high value, high profile projects. At least some of the following will be familiar to you:

-Private Equity
-Negotiating & Structuring Transactions
-Joint Ventures and M&A
-Contract drafting
-Due diligence for international clients

As they have an impressive client base of multinational companies, the required candidate must have a very strong background both professionally and academically.
