A prestigious development company is seeking an experienced PA / Office Manager to join their retail chain.

You will be required to support the Vice President with a first class PA / Secretarial service as well as setting a good example and leading the office staff in the correct manner.

You will be the first point of contact for all Senior Executive Management, therefore a minimum of 3 years experience at an Executive PA level is essential.

Providing a full PA service from diary management to booking travel to arranging meetings and presentations when required.

Requirements


Must have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic speaking and writing.

Must be a University degree holder preferably in Business Administration or something very similar.

Must have at least 3 years experience as an Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant.

Must have a presentable personality.

Must be proactive, self confident and self reliant.

Must have excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
