The Role


The Role


Objective:
An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Bilingual (English/Arabic) Personal Assistant to assist an Executive Partner in our DIFC (Dubai) office.

Main responsibilities:
-Managing the Partners schedule efficiently. Confirm all appointments.
-Prepare documentation, files and paperwork required for daily schedule.
-Review all written correspondence and prioritise for Partner\'s attention.
-Manage bring forward system to remind Partner of pending issues and priorities.
-Receive telephone calls on behalf of Partner. Be aware of key clients and ensure all clients dealt with promptly and professionally. Redirect calls and queries to other departments as appropriate.
-Manage Partners personal and business travel arrangements.
-Maintain key client’s contacts list.
-Provide secretarial support to Committee meetings of Boards as required.
-Compose and type letters, memos, correspondence and reports.
-Maintain & update the filing systems, manage key client files.
-Oversee the activities of secretaries in the department to ensure all work completed in timely and effective manner.

Specialist knowledge :
-Document production
-High typing speed
-Strong administration skills
Language Skills : English, Arabic
Current Residence : UAE only
