The RoleThe RoleObjective: An opportunity has arisen for a bilingual secretary in our Doha office Main responsibilities: - Writing common forms of legal correspondence and helping to prepare legal documents. - Assist the associates by using their thorough knowledge of how to file legal documents and in some cases, court room procedures. - Answer phones, run errands, coordinate meetings and greet visitors. |
RequirementsRequirementsSpecialist knowledge: - Previous Secretarial experience preferably in a professional services firm Language Skills : English and Arabic Current Residence : Qatar Skills: - Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm - Good drafting skills in English and Arabic - Document production |
