We are presently seeking an experienced Billing Specialist this position will work with project management to generate highly detailed, client-specific invoices. They will also be responsible for resolving issues associated with project accounting, client requests, and project management as well as creating and implementing procedures associated with the Project accounting. They will generate monthly project reports, analysis, and custom reports. DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Reconcile billings with AR ledger Proactive identification of simplification / automation opportunities Utilization of metrics to improve performance Have the ability to train effectively and cater to individual training needs Billing Metrics Database Maintenance Post Monthly Invoices from the Billing Table/Project Management Input Proactively manage and ensure compliance with control objectives Support of internal and external auditors |
RequirementsRequirements Accounting/Finance Undergraduate degree or equivalent Accounting experience Experience with automated billing systems Strong organization and supervisory skills Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information At least two years of related experience in a similar role Previous accounting software implementation experience a plus, but not required Excellent MS Suite skills including Excel, Word, Outlook and Access Proven analytical skills Ability to present , communicate initiatives, results, and analyses to multiple levels of management Hill International is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V Interested candidates may apply now online |
