The RoleThe Role• Ensure high availability of billing systems. • Contribute to specific phases in development activity cycle and 3rd party integration effort in sub-division. • Operate, maintain, monitor & update different billing related systems. • Execute bills runs, generate invoices, ensure accuracy. • Implement new plans, tariff structures, rating schemes etc. • Provide on-demand reports. • Support billing-related issues/calls. • High availability of billing systems. • Timely & accurate billing. • On-time project delivery. |
RequirementsRequirements• Education: Computer Science or Engineering Bachelor's degree. • Years of work experience: 3-5 years in Programming. • Preferred work experience: Billing. • Operating systems. • Telecommunication systems. • Deployment/system implementation. • Software testing. • Problem solving and requirements collection. |
