The RoleThe RoleA senior MS BizTalk Architect with extensive experience in the integration field. The individual must demonstrate an ability to lead large, complex systems integration implementation projects and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience within Healthcare is a must. This position will interact with client senior IT management and requires strong communication and implementation skills. Profile of candidate: Expert in MS BizTalk, a minimum of 5 years of experience is required. Excellent team player who is able to guide a team of architects and developers. Ability to maintain relationship with client and its vendors. Previous experience with off shore development teams is highly desired Good communication skills and expertise to pass on knowledge and educate other teams. Fluent in English and in possession of a bachelor's degree Responsibilities: -Lead the integration architecture team; provide guidance to other architects and senior developers. -Define and enhance integration pattern. -Manage relationship with client Integration team and client vendors. -Consults and educates Client Management Team, IBM Team and key stakeholders clearly understand and feel comfortable with the process and share common expectations Experience & Education -Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Biztalk. -Ability to lead teams and design for the overall Enterprise Service Bus. -Good understanding of Healthcare IT environments and solution architectures. -At least 5 years experience in multi-vendor integration projects and vendor management. -Previous experience of working with off shore development teams. -Experience with integrating medical devices. -Ability to communicate/articulate technical views to Clients and management. -Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems or related field is required ReThink is acting as an Employment Agency |
