Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Proper utilization of body-shop Consumables, Paints and Equipments in an efficient manner.
Ensure all vehicles are fix it right first time.
Ensure every job is carried out vs right estimation, accurate job card & other processes work-flows.
Ensure that all repairs are in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Ensure highest possible level of service quality and customer services.
Maximize labor efficiency & Dept profitability in line with agreed budgets and company SOP.
Ensure waste materials are controlled and disposed-off in accordance with SOP.
Measure, review and provide key performance information to the team.
Through salesmanship, ensure maximum add-on sales are achieved & maximized.
Continuously ensure occupational health & safety standards are well established/ met in the body-shop.
Ensure conducting quality assurance check and inspection toward completed jobs.
Continuously promote & communicate awareness of company available services.
Promote positive attitude and create a cohesive team to drive business onward.
Ensure all employees have awareness of their objectives & plans in short & long terms.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
+ 10 years automotive background/ experience in Kuwait and/ or GCC.
Knowledge of service marketing and customer relationship management.
Knowledge of insurance claim process and related regulations.
Initiative, innovative & self-confidence character.
Delegation of authority & team management skills.
Should be customer service, performance & results oriented person.
Good analytic reasoning skills
Leadership, communication & peoples management skills.
Problem solving techniques.
Supervision, allocation, motivation and coaching skills.
Very good literacy in MS Office apps.
Fluency in English
