Job description / Role

- Preparing Periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
- Providing a support service by working with all departments and the management team to help make financial decisions
- Ensure spending is kept in line with the budget
- Informing key strategic decisions and formulating business strategies
- Advising on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions
- Analyzing financial performance and contributing to medium and long-term business planning/forecasts
- Offering professional judgement on financial matters and advising on ways of improving business performance
- Interpreting and communicating financial data to Managers
- Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggesting improvements where needed
- Risk Management control
- Reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- Invoicing

Requirements

- Excel experience is essential
- Ideal candidate can be qualified by experience in CA/CPA/QB
- Must have dealt with Clients in Payments, Invoicing, Quotes, Petty Cash
- Supplier management
- Reporting functions such as Excel spreadsheets, Internal systems,
- Payroll and commission reporting
- Cash flow Forecast and credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Variance and analysis reporting and making recommendations
- Manage and control expenses
- Willing to work part time 2 days a week - will look at 3 days a week depending on the needs of the business
