Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly prestigious French luxury brand. Our client is looking to hire a Boutique Manager to join their team.
This role will report to the Regional Director Middle East. You will be responsible for supervising staff members in all of their duties, to include coaching, training and assisting them in achieving sales objectives. You will demonstrate an active management presence on the sales floor, exemplifying exceptional service and ensuring all team members embody the brand spirit. In addition, you will manage operations and carry out purchases with the supervision of the Commercial Manager. You will represent the brand name to existing and potential customers and you will act as the brand ambassador to everyone that interacts with the brand.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have extensive experience in a high-value management position coupled with an international retail background. You should have strong leadership skills alongside excellent organisational and problem solving abilities. It is essential you can work under your own initiative and direction to achieve objectives.
