Job description / Role
Our client is globally recognised and appreciated for designing and creating exquisite, luxury time pieces and jewellery and has been in business since the late 19th century. With already over seven stores in the UAE, our client is looking for customer orientated, professional individual to take on the role of Boutique Manager of one of the Dubai stores. As Boutique Manager, there are a number of responsibilities related to several aspects of the business including sales, clientelling and general boutique management, these include:
Increasing the sales of the boutique and establishing target figures.
Training and coaching the staff on effective sales techniques.
Improving the sales service and monitoring the competition.
Developing local networking activities to discover new clientele.
Actively participating in the recruitment process for the boutique.
Maintaining regular communication to and from HQ to the boutique.
Ensure compliance with procedures, legal, fiscal and customs regulations.
Ensuring a high level of organisation in terms of archiving stock.
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor degree level education.
Minimum of 6 years of management retail experience, ideally in luxury accessories.
Training in watches and jewellery.
Managerial skills.
Proactive approach.
Presentable and highly professional individual.
Focused, target orientated and organised individual.
