Job description / Role
- Liaise with Brand Manager to update on demand and sales related information to be fed back to Principals
- Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Keep line manager updated on all POS related information including footfalls, sales figures and customer queries, demand patterns as well as issues in order to take joint decision on future steps and meet store targets.
- Prepare business plan for showroom with input and guidelines from the company targets and business plan; drive the performance of the showroom to meet the budget and the targets set in the business plan and ensure the costs are controlled and managed efficiently to deliver a good P/L statement for the unit.
- Should be updated on all developments related to brands, new products and launches, marketing initiatives etc
- Ensure the team meets the targets and where ever possible exceed the targets
- Ensure the team has the skills, product, tools and necessary support to meet the targets
- Contribute to sales and marketing strategy
- Handle all queries, issues, complaints or any other concerns of customers in a timely manner.
- Effective merchandising; after sales service

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Boutique / Showroom Manager for a luxury watch boutique (Mono or multi brand)
- Open to candidate from luxury retail industry provided they have been working with luxury brands and they have passion for watches
