Boys School Coordinator

Job description / Role

Salary: AED 15,000 20,000 Per Month (Benefits include: furnished housing, schooling for 2 children, medical insurance, 1 annual return ticket home and a relocation allowance.)

Our client opened its doors in 2014 offering modern state of the art surroundings for it pupils. This is part of a group of established schools that have 4 other schools based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. International students are educated according to the American curriculum and taught in the English language.

The role of Boys school coordinator requires working closely with the senior leadership team providing pastoral care to students, supporting curriculum coordinators, Heads of departments and the Principal in the delivery of the curriculum.

The ideal candidate MUST have experience in teaching the American curriculum and worked as part of the senior leadership team for a minimum of 3 years.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Education.
- Minimum 5 years classroom experience.
- Minimum 2 years management experience.
- Experience in teaching the American Curriculum.
- DBS check or police check.
- Excellent references.
- Hardworking attitude with passion and enthusiasm.
- Ability to work with Children whose first language is not English.
- Excellent classroom management and first class lesson planning with high attention to detail.
